Q What about payment security?
A All payment transactions on our website are processed through PayPal an international leader in web based e-commerce payment systems.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to them using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
When you pay with PayPal, your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the merchant. Your financial information stays safe.
Q What happens if I don't like my purchase?
A In the very unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase it can be returned to us for a full refund (sorry but we can't refund personalised products e.g. engraved). We only ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase, and return your purchase to us within 7 days, in the condition in which it was received. Naturally, this does not affect your statutory rights in any way.

A Postage and packing is flat rate per order and is £1.95 for UK orders, £2.95 for European orders and £3.95 for ROW
